At HolloMen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HolloMen account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
